Save the dates: August 4 through August 7, 2025 We are pleased to announce that the 83rd Infantry Division Association’s 78th Reunion will begin on Monday August 4, 2025 at the Higgins Hotel, New Orleans, the official hotel of the National World War 2 Museum. The WW2 Museum The Museum tells the story of the American experience in the war that changed the world—why it was fought, how it was won, and what it means today—so that all generations will understand the price of freedom and be inspired by what they learn. We'll get to experience a very special day at Ft. Lifetime membership for WW2 Veterans

We currently have 40 WW 2 veterans who are on the Association’s roster. The Executive Board has voted to establish a fund to confer lifetime membership on these veterans, several of whom have been regular members and supporters of the Association from its inception in 1947. These veterans have kept faith with their buddies throughout. The Board’s goal is to confer these memberships at the upcoming reunion To do this we are asking descendants and friends for voluntary donations to a lifetime membership fund in their honor. You may include a donation with your dues renewal or just make a donation. Any and all donations are welcome as we thank them for their service, sacrifice and for the freedom that we too often take for granted today. ...
